Kortisonspruta i höften..
.. Ja då var det dags för spruta igen... usch.. Jag kommer få en spruta i vardera höft som ska skjuta in kortisoni kroppen på mig. Allt för att reducera smärtan och hjälpa mig att sova ordentligt. Nu har jag haft en väldigt bra månad, då jag nästan gått smärtfri. Känns som en lyxmånad. Dock känner jag smärtan smyga sig sakta men säkert tillbaka i rygg och höft och då sätter vi inte det tunga artilleriet. Eller.. de där biologiska sprutorna väntar vi med.. men kortisonet SKA sprutas in..
Usch.. det här med sprutor.. Känns skumt i höften.. var då? Det är ju hårt överallt..
I går körde jag två pass.. först ett som hette Centre, det var grymt! 30 minuters intensiv träning, BARA mage och rygg. Sen vattengympade jag i varmvattenbassäng.. ohhh.. DE E NICE :)

nej usch... smärts hjälper smärta... men snart är jag nog van vid dessa rackare..

Jag kikade in på din blogg för jag sökte på kortison spruta hehe och då reagerade jag at du skulle ta massa såna sprutor i höften :O.
jag fick en sån spruta idag i handleden o de kan ja då säga att de är då F*N inte skön, alltså jag avlider snart för de gör så himla ont :(.

Jag är 13 år och reumatism och jag ska ta sådana sprutor i vardera höft var 3:e månad! Nästa vecka blir min första gång och jag är livrädd! Sövd blir man heller inte. Jag som spelar handboll kommer inte kunna vara med på Sveriges största handbollscup för denna spruta. Surt. JA!
